Request Absentee Ballots

If you are a resident of District 116 and would like to vote for Whilly, but cannot physically attend one of the voting precincts, you can cast your vote by mail. You can do this directly with the Elections Department.

Simply download, print, & complete the Absentee Ballot form and mail it or fax directly to Miami Dade Elections at:

*Note: Please make sure that you are currently registered to vote. If not, you can also fill out a Voter's Registration Form below. Deadline to be registered is 29 days prior to election.
